Christ - Developing fully-devoted followers  To accomplish this, we must… •   Be people of integrity. •   Emphasize holiness of heart and life. •   Provide Christian education to assist each person in     developing a habit of group Bible study. •   Increase participation in Sunday School and small     groups by 10% each year.

Community - Reaching out to people through activities, services & resources To accomplish this, we must… •   Focus on family needs within Recreation, PreSchool,     Arts and other ministries. •   Provide facilities that will adequately house the various      ministries of our growing church as a Family Resource     Center. •   Develop community care groups to help those with     specific needs. •   Expand ministry in the Chicagoland area and the world      through cooperative mission efforts, including     shepherding the Austin community ministry.

Connect - Uniting seekers with Christ and the church family To accomplish this, we must… •   Remove any barriers that might keep people from     accepting Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. •   Meet the spiritual and relational needs of the regular,     new and potential attendees.  •   Actively reach out and care for people, striving for worship     attendance growth of at least 15% each year. •   Strive for 60% of average worship attendees serving in                                          ministry.
